One of my administrators reports he is unable to stay logged in. He needs re-login every 15 minutes. Some other users have reported the same type of problem. Help please!

Does the user have dynamic IP address? Alos take a look at your ACP -> General -> Server Configuration -> Security settings -> Session IP validation:

Let me know what it is set to.

I have found out he is using a mobile dial up service from Orange. The settings under the sessions tab is set to ABC.

OK sounds like his IP is changing mid session - and logging him out - its part of a security feature. Change the session to AB and maybe check the idel time out - default is 7200 (1 hour)

See how you get on.

That has worked - he spoke to Orange and he has dynamic IP when roaming - I guess that is why he was logging out. When he logs in at home he has a fixed IP so the problem is not there. He is not travelling today so cant test the changes I have made in the ACP - but it makes sense. Will let you know if he still has a problem.
